Books & other products

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. Delivery for orders placed within the UK will take a further 2-3 working days to be fulfilled, and this could take up to 14 days for international orders (Europe and USA/Canada). Please allow sufficient time for orders to be placed and delivered before contacting us about lost/misplaced packages. Please also allow extra time for delivery during busy periods (for example, Christmas and Bank Holidays). 

Please note that for international deliveries there may be additional taxes and charges payable upon receipt of your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional costs associated with the import of any items you ordered, and your order may be returned to us if these costs are not paid. In any such instance, we will not be able to re-post the items and you will be issued a full refund (minus the cost of postage and packaging). Please note we cannot provide estimates of costs for import taxes and charges since they vary by region and territory. 

Order cancellations

Orders for books and physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of the transaction being made, and a full refund will be issued (this will include both the cost of any items ordered and the cost of delivery). After 24 hours it will not be possible to cancel the order and you will need to apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product if you have changed your mind. You will then have another 14 days to return any items, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding postage costs), providing the item(s) are unused and in their original condition. 

Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of any items to request a refund, and a further 14 days to return any item(s). Refunds for the cost of any items being returned will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the returned product(s), providing they have been returned in their original condition, unused and without damage. We will not be able to issue refunds for books where there is evidence that they have been read. Refunds may not be issued beyond this time frame if no request for a refund has been submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product, or if the product has not been returned within 14 days of a refund request. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your refund. 

You as the customer are responsible for any fees or costs associated with returning any items to us (including postage, packaging, or any other charges). Please also note that we cannot redeliver any items you have returned to us that are not eligible for a refund. 

In the event your order is unable to be delivered and is returned to us by the postal service, we will automatically issue a refund for the cost of any products ordered, excluding postage and packaging costs. If you still wish to receive any items that you originally ordered, you will then need to place a new order.  

To return any items from your order, please send an email to india@ziahconsulting.com, including details of your order number, any items you would like to return, and the date the order was placed. Please also provide a reason for your return. 


E-books & downloadable materials (including guides, courses and other materials)

Once you have placed an order for a digital product, you will receive an email with a link included, which will allow you to download the material you have purchased. 

Please note that orders for online products and digital downloads cannot be cancelled as they are both immediately and automatically fulfilled once placed. Due to the nature of the product, refunds cannot be issued for digital products and downloads under any circumstances. 

Webinars & live online courses/events

Once you have purchased access to an online event (a webinar or course to be streamed live), you will be sent an email to confirm your purchase. A further email will be sent out around 24 hours before the event or course is scheduled to take place, providing you with a link to access the livestream on the relevant platform. 

Cancellations & Refunds

It will not be possible to cancel your order for a webinar or online event, but you may request a refund at any point up to 24 hours before the event is due to take place. Refunds will not be issued any later than 24 hours before an online event under any circumstances. We will also not be able to issue refunds for any disruption to your experience of the event on account of personal or individual issues or circumstances, including illness, technological failings (i.e. with your device operations or internet connectivity), or any other unexpected or disruptive incidents.

As standard, live events, courses and webinars will not be recorded, and therefore will not be available to view on demand. Please bear that in mind before you purchase access to an online event, and ensure you are available to attend each event/session you have signed up for. 

Full refunds can be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of the event by the host (us)

  • Technological issues that prohibits the delivery of the course or event as scheduled

In the event of a cancellation or the non-delivery of a scheduled event (for example due to technical failures), every effort will be made to reschedule it as soon as possible.  Information with regards to any cancellations and rescheduling will be communicated to you at the earliest possible opportunity via the email address you used to sign up for the event. Access purchased to an event can be transferred in instances where rescheduling is required, however, customers are entitled to receive a full refund if they no longer wish to or are no longer able to attend the rescheduled event, providing you have contacted us to request this more than 24 hours before the rescheduled event is due to occur.

Refunds will not be automatically issued in cases where a cancelled event is rescheduled, and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to request a refund should they no longer wish to attend. As per our policy for online events, requests for refunds made less than 24 hours before a rescheduled event cannot be met.

All content displayed on Ziah’s website, and all products sold by Ziah are protected by copyright, and therefore it is illegal to make copies of and/or distribute any content produced by us or by any individual connected to Ziah, as a whole or in part, in any way shape or form, either online or in-person, without prior written permission. Our products, and any content we display on our website, may also not be used for the purposes of training artificial intelligence without obtaining written permission from us that specifically authorises the use of our content for this purpose. 

Links to digital products or live stream events are intended for the sole use of the purchaser, and must also not be shared on online platforms or amongst private networks, or distributed in any other way under any circumstances.
